From Lost Walls Project: The Butterfly Hug is a soothing self-therapy developed in the late 90s by Lucina Artigas during her work with the survivors of Hurricane Pauline in Acapulco, Mexico. This gorgeous mural centers around a black and white rendering of a woman using the technique; her hug explodes into bursts of color, while her gaze remains steady and strong.
