From Khmer Ceramics: This ceramic gift box is fully handmade in Cambodia. Traditional lotus motifs are hand chiseled by a master artisan, and comes housed in a palm leaf box, hand-woven from dry coconut tree leaves. A white velvet, natural glaze is applied and washed to showcase all the beauty of the natural earth. The box is fired at porcelain temperature (~1300C - ~2400F); which makes it a timeless piece of art that can resist the tide of time.
