When are you open?

The Store at Mia within the Minneapolis Institute of Art is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10AM to 5PM, and Thursday evenings until 9PM. Although you can call us anytime at 612.870.3100, our email account at thestore@artsmia.org is monitored daily. Interested in a private shopping experience? Drop us a line and we'll chat! 

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. All sale items are considered final sale. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a The Store at Mia gift card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

The item returned must be in original product packaging and in salable condition. All sale items are considered final sale and are nonreturnable.

Is this all you have? 

No, not at all! We have multiple brands and items in our store that are not yet available online. We'll be adding new items regularly but please email the thestore@artsmia.org if there is something specific you are looking for. 

How quickly do you ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS Tuesday - Friday. Please note, it may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship your order, we will notify you when your order has shipped. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please email us and we will send you a shipping estimate. Free shipping offers do not apply to international shipments.

I just became a MyMia member! When can I use my discount?

Congratulations and thank you! Your discount applies immediately, please use the discount code noted at the top of the homepage when you check out.

How can I show you product that I think should be sold in the store? 

Please e-mail a lookbook and linesheet with product pricing to thestore@artsmia.org with the subject line: Product Submission. If we feel there is an opportunity to carry your products, we will reach out to you. Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to every submission. 

How do I send a gift?

Please leave gift instructions in the note on your checkout page and we'll be in touch if we have any additional questions. Please note that the email address you input will receive all of the order notifications, so we suggest you use your email vs. the gift recipients.
