Return Policy & Fulfillment

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a The Store at Mia gift card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

The item returned must be in original product packaging and in salable condition. 

Please note, we will accept returns in store but are unable to process them immediately. We will notify you when the refund is complete, usually by the following business day. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact thestore@artsmia.org within 48 hours.

Fulfillment: 

We will notify you when your order has been fulfilled; please note, it may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship your order. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with alternative options.
