Return Policy & Fulfillment

Webstore Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment; an original receipt must be present. Returns without a receipt and gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a The Store at Mia gift card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Returned items must be in original product packaging and in salable condition. All items purchased at a promotional discount are considered final sale.

Webstore Fulfillment: 

We will notify you when your order has been fulfilled; please note, it may take up to 3 business days to pack and ship your order. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with alternative options. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact thestore@artsmia.org within 48 hours.
