Lemon Coriander Bar - 78% Cacao

From Madhu Chocolate: We’re suckers for citrus around here, so we could think of nothing better than using fresh lemon peel in a dark chocolate. But it couldn’t just be lemon, that would be boring. In this bar, we decided to pair lemon with the citrusy, herbaceous notes of coriander seed. The result is a very unique, aromatic dark chocolate bar unlike anything you’ve had before. Shelf-stable, shelf life of 6 - 12 months.

Ingredients: Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic lemon peel, Organic coriander. Prepared in a facility that also processes nuts and dairy.
