Chocolate Peppermint Bark

From Valerie Confections: A seasonal treat, our peppermint bark features a layer of bittersweet chocolate sprinkled with dried mint leaves, and a layer of white chocolate topped with handmade peppermint candy. Shelf-stable, shelf life approximately 3 - 6 months.
