Glass Pen & Ink Set

From Jacques Herbin: This gift set includes one hand-blown round glass pen and two 10ml bottles of ink, each sealed with gold wax. Featuring Poussiere de Lune and Perle Noir inks. These glass pens are made in the tradition of 16th-century Venice. Each pen is an individual work of art. The fine glass tips are twisted in a light spiral to hold the maximum amount of ink. Glass dip pens are great for both fountain pen ink or calligraphy/dip pen ink!

The oldest major ink manufacturer in the world. Herbin was founded in 1670 in Paris by Jacques Herbin, a former sailer who started the business after traveling to India and bringing back formulas for sealing wax and fine writing materials. The brand was used by the likes of King Louis XIV , author Victor Hugo, and later visionaries like Coco Chanel.
