From Karü Chocolates: This creamy 60% milk chocolate is made with exceptional cacao grown by Arhuaco indigenous communities in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta — a sacred region where the mountains meet the Caribbean Sea. Cultivated at 200 meters above sea level, this cacao is known for its remarkable flavor and international recognition. The bar reveals a smooth, well-balanced profile with notes of red fruits, citrus, panela, cinnamon, and toasted nuts — a reflection of the land’s biodiversity and ancestral wisdom.
